#1 All prices are fixed. No further discount will be given unless stated.

#2 Sales are based on first come first pay basis. Priority will be given to those who can make payments first.

#3 Payments are to be made to our bank accounts within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation email or the order will be cancelled.

#4 We assure that our items are brand new & are in good condition; therefore there will be NO exchange/refunds.

#5 The size stated is only by estimation.

#6 The item may vary slightly compared to the picture due to screen resolution and lighting.

#7 We will not be responsible for any loss or damages during delivery. Therefore, we would advise customers to use Pos Laju.

#8 We are not liable if customers provide the wrong shipping address.

#9 No refund after payment have been made unless the stock is not available.
